Xcaret Hotels

Compare Hotel Xcaret México, Hotel Xcaret Arte, and La Casa de la Playa, along with the Xcaret experiences and current offers. UJV Tropics can help you narrow the right fit for your clients.

Where Your Clients Stay Changes How They Experience Xcaret.

Riviera Maya can fill a week fast: cenotes, archaeological sites, underground rivers, Caribbean beaches, and island days. Xcaret makes many of those experiences easy to build in. The three hotels sit side by side, but each suits a different client profile.

Hotel Xcaret México gives several generations room to use the resort differently. Hotel Xcaret Arte offers workshops, chef-led dining, and wellness worth saving time for. La Casa de la Playa has just 63 suites, with private pools and 24-hour butler service.

UJV Tropics can help put the week together, from air and transfers to park reservations, dining, and spa arrangements.

Who’s Behind This

All-Fun Inclusive® Changes the Planning Question

At Hotel Xcaret México and Hotel Xcaret Arte, All-Fun Inclusive® includes parks, tours, and transportation. At La Casa de la Playa, the butler can help coordinate the Xcaret experiences clients choose.

From there, planning gets specific: which Casa makes the most sense for the family, whether Xplor or Xplor Fuego fits better, which dinners need reservations, and where clients want to leave room for the hotel.

Your clients’ ages, rooming needs, and priorities shape the recommendation. Give those details to your UJV Tropics Destination Specialist, and we can help determine whether Hotel Xcaret México, Hotel Xcaret Arte, or La Casa de la Playa fits best; narrow the Casa and suite category; match the Xcaret experiences to how much time your clients want to spend away from the hotel; and flag the dining, spa, and other reservations worth securing before travel.

That gives you a recommendation you can explain clearly to your client: why this hotel fits, why this Casa or suite makes sense, and how the Xcaret experiences fit the way they want to spend the week.

All-Fun Inclusive®

Some Are Full-Day Plans. Others Start After Dark.

Xcaret Park can take most of the day, especially for clients staying through Xcaret México Espectacular after dark. Xel-Há deserves a similar amount of time when snorkeling and swimming in the natural turquoise cove are the reason to go.

Xplor is the more active choice, with zip lines, amphibious vehicles, caverns, and underground rivers. For clients who want that kind of adventure without giving up the daytime at the hotel, Xplor Fuego moves it into the evening. Xenotes is another outing to give real time to, combining four cenote settings with swimming, kayaking, rappelling, and zip-lining.

Xoxi is an evening experience, with brightly painted trajineras, live music, dinner, dancing, and games. Included ferry services connect guests with Isla Mujeres and Cozumel; a separate catamaran experience visits Isla Mujeres.

When several experiences appeal to the same client, start with the ones that need the biggest blocks of time. The evening options can fit around the hotel days they also want to keep.

Hotel Xcaret México

The Family Fit Starts With the Casa.

Riviera Maya · Family & Multigenerational

Casa Vida architecture at Hotel Xcaret México
Hotel Xcaret México · Riviera Maya

Turquoise waterways run between Hotel Xcaret México’s stone Casas. Paddleboards wait beside the coves; bright slides twist between buildings and pools. With 1,800 suites, the Casa matters: which one puts the right part of the resort closest to this family?

Traveling with teenagers? Casa Sol is the one to book, with three pools, a teen rooftop, and spaces designed around older children. Families with younger children may be better suited to Casa Luna, with Lunateca, Xiquit Inn, and a children’s pool nearby.

Casa Agua makes more sense when wellness matters to the adults, with Muluk Spa, yoga, Pilates, tennis, paddle tennis, and fitness. Casa Vida offers slides, Xinema, La Xentral, and the park transportation departure point nearby, while Casa Cielo gives multigenerational groups easy access to dining, bars, and gathering spaces.

Rooming can narrow the choice further. The new Garden Two-Bedroom Connecting Suite gives families another way to stay close without sharing one room. Over a longer stay, families can also move from casual dinners at Mercado de la Merced or Xinema to an evening at HA’, where Chef Carlos Gaytán’s Michelin-starred tasting menu carries an additional cost and requires a prepaid reservation.

Muluk Spa Familia is available for children ages six and older, giving parents and children another experience they can share. Several generations can spend their afternoons their own way; the right Casa keeps what each of them wants nearby.

Hotel Xcaret Arte

Mexican Art Shapes the Stay

Riviera Maya · Adults-Only All-Inclusive

Salón Flamingo
Hotel Xcaret Arte · Riviera Maya

Suite terraces look over green-blue water, but some of Arte’s more memorable hours happen away from them. Clients can spend part of the day working with clay, learning textile techniques, or joining Latin dance before dinner. Hotel Xcaret Arte welcomes guests ages 16 and older. For many clients, the bigger decision is how much of the stay they want to spend at Arte.

Muluk Spa is in Casa de la Paz, while Casa de los Artistas includes privileges such as painting workshops and Kibi-Kibi.

Some evenings should be planned around dinner too: at Le Chique, Chef Jonatán Gómez Luna leads a 27-course interpretation of contemporary Mexican cuisine. Xaak offers a different tasting experience, with Chef Karime López leading a 16-course menu. Reservations and additional charges apply for these unique experiences.

Other restaurants cover Mexican market cooking, Oaxaca, Japanese cuisine, seafood, plant-based dining, and more.

Muluk can easily take a full afternoon. Natural rock and water run through the spa; 24 massage spaces sit within caves, while the hydrotherapy ritual moves through sauna, steam, hot and cold plunges, breeze showers, a cold chamber, and a pool overlooking the river.

For clients who care about food, art, and wellness, Arte can be as much a part of the plan as the parks.

Advisor Selling Points

  • 900 suites
  • Casa-specific experiences and privileges
  • Textile, pottery, Latin dance, and select painting workshops
  • 10 restaurants with a strong chef-led culinary program
  • Michelin-starred Le Chique and its 27-course tasting menu
  • Muluk Spa with cave treatment spaces and extensive hydrotherapy
  • All-Fun Inclusive® parks and experiences
  • Included airport and park transportation
  • Best for: couples, honeymoons, celebrations, and groups of friends who want art, dining, and wellness to matter as much as the days they spend exploring Xcaret

La Casa de la Playa

63 Suites. A More Personal Way to Experience Xcaret.

Riviera Maya · Adults-Only Boutique Luxury

Infinity pool at La Casa de la Playa
La Casa de la Playa · Riviera Maya

A hammock hangs beside the suite’s private pool; beyond it, palms frame the Caribbean. La Casa de la Playa has just 63 suites, and every one includes 24-hour butler service, in-room dining, a private pool, steam room, and volcanic-stone bathtub. Private luxury transportation can also be arranged to and from Cancún and Tulum airports with advance scheduling.

The question here is much more personal: what does this client want handled for them? Most standard suite categories share the same 1,065-square-foot footprint, so the choice comes down to view, beach access, and whether wellness should be part of the stay. For clients who want more room, the Ocean Front Master Suite and Wellness Ocean Front Master Suite reach 2,723 square feet, while the Presidential Suite spans 4,630 square feet and accommodates up to six.

Guests enjoy complimentary access to Muluk Spa’s hydrotherapy circuit during their stay. Muluk also has salt rooms, mud rooms, double treatment cabins with jacuzzi and hydrotherapy, plus in-room spa service.

Guests can stop by the Chocolatería for cacao and the Cava for wine, while La Bodega serves mezcal and tequila 24 hours a day. Tuch de Luna centers on Mexican cooking, while Xal looks to the historic Manila Route, connecting the Philippines, Mexico, and Spain through the menu. Guests also have dining access at Hotel Xcaret México and Hotel Xcaret Arte.

XPELEO is exclusive to La Casa guests: an expert-led caving experience through nearly untouched caverns. The butler can also help coordinate Xplor, Xenotes, Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xoxi, Xichén, and other experiences where reservations are required.

Advisor Selling Points

  • 63 suites
  • 24-hour butler service
  • Private pool, steam room, volcanic-stone bathtub, and in-room dining in every suite
  • Private luxury airport transportation with advance scheduling
  • Beachfront, Wellness, Master, and Presidential categories
  • Muluk Spa; hydrotherapy included for guests
  • Dining across La Casa de la Playa, Hotel Xcaret México, and Hotel Xcaret Arte
  • XPELEO exclusive caving experience for La Casa guests
  • Broader Xcaret parks and experiences available throughout the stay
  • Best for: honeymoons, anniversaries, milestone celebrations, and clients who want highly personalized service within the broader Xcaret experience
